One core element of our workflow engine is the model that reflects your business process. We elaborate the model together with our customers and also manage the life cycle of it. Most adaptations of the model can be done on-the-fly with simple web-based administration tools. Key is that it is one single model out of which are generated the user interface of the web front-end, the validation and transition rules as well as the technical message formats.
