Junior/Senior Product Integration and Support - IT Engineer

Your activities will comprise:

  • Take end-to-end ownership of customer requirements, requests and issues and come up with solutions as expediently as possible for our customers
  • Collect information of different stakeholders and analyze it in a highly efficient manner
  • Provide well-thought-out and reliable direction, both in technical and non-technical terms, to help customers integrate, deploy, and maintain the jemmic solutions
  • Drive and execute installation/setup/integration/go-live of software and hardware components and support customer test cycles
  • Debug/analyze/fix production issues
  • Partner with the delivery management to ensure new product versions arrive on-time at the customer side

Your profile:

  • Academic degree in Computer Science or proof of equivalent working experience (several years in IT)

  • Experience in system administration, system integration and interface/interoperability handling (SOAP, REST etc.)
  • Profound knowledge of Linux

  • You know Java, a Java IDE and how to handle the debugger as well as SQL and RDBMS
  • Capacity to learn new technologies & tools quickly if needed
