Job Description:
- Client project lifecycle
- Lead client meetings and ensure that the right stakeholders and people are brought together
- Contribute to workshops with clients to refine their user stories and confirm functional requirements
- Take ownership of scrum master activities during the whole software development lifecycle internally and with our clients
- Prioritize and plan with the help of the Product Owner, Team Lead or Team Members the different project streams & associated tasks, maintain them in the internal tools
- Communicate project status & planning clearly internally to the team and externally to our clients, monitor time & budget
- Contribute to a successful adoption of our solution at client by participating to change management activities
- Support creation and maintenance of internal and external (technical) project and product documentation
- Internal activities
- Guide agile adoption in organizing the team, ensuring that organizational processes are consistent with Jemmic’s defined processes
- Overview and ensure a smooth time tracking & invoicing process
- Provide feedback internally so that common or emerging issues can be addressed before they become serious or widespread
Your Profile:
- Academic degree in Computer Science or proof of equivalent working experience (several years in IT)
- Work experience with some development languages or tools, like Java, javascript, SQL, RDBMS, HTML/CSS, IDE, UML, shell scripts
- Understanding and experience in different parts of the Software Development Lifecycle and in Change Management
- Background in Project Management or Agile Methodologies or experience as a scrum master
- Ability to communicate with clients in a professional way, with a customer first mindset
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and knowing how to figure out stuff
- Ability to take initiative and get things done
Very welcomed optional skills
- Knowledge of Atlassian Tool Suite
- Understanding of/experience in the financial sector
- Experience working as Software Engineer or in a role that integrated/administered software at customer side
- Experience in troubleshooting applications and scripts by accessing and analyzing logs
- Experience with our tooling pipeline (Java IDE, UML, GIT, gradle, JUnit/ Selenium/Jenkins, Sonar, JIRA etc.)
Reporting lines:
- You will report to the U-Safe team leader hierarchically and to Jemmic’s Agile Coach functionally
