Job Description:
  • Accompany clients in transition from sales prospects to active users of SecuChat
  • Prepare and lead workshops with clients to refine user stories and confirm functional requirements
  • Plan integration and implementation projects by defining scope and schedule in cooperation with Development Team Lead and Product Manager
  • Manage client deliveries monitoring the development and integration progress and proactively communicating status to the clients
  • Keep track of changing client needs and make relevant suggestions and recommendations
  • Contribute to a successful adoption of our solution at client by participating to change management activities
  • Drive product adoption and client training during all stages in the client lifecycle
  • Monitor and ensure consistent usage of our product by maintaining close and longterm relationships with key stakeholders
  • Coordinate with internal product team to consider clients’ needs in product development strategy
  • Manage a team of 2-3 Client Success Engineers
Your Profile:
  • At least 5 years of experience in banking industry
  • Proven track record of onboarding, retaining, and expanding accounts from banking sector
  • Strong project management and/or service management skills
  • Business analysis skills
  • Strong relationship building and client service skills
  • Ability to understand and interpret business information in a clear and commercial manner
  • Influencing and negotiation skills

  • English and French or German mandatory
  • Any other language is a plus
