Job Description:
  • Contribute to workshops with clients to refine their user stories and confirm functional requirements
  • Provide well-thought-out and reliable direction, both in technical and non-technical terms, to help customers integrate, deploy, and maintain our solution
  • Contribute to a successful adoption of our solution at client by participating to change management activities
  • Provide 2nd level support (technical and business) and drive resolution of technical escalations, including identification of root cause and issue resolution
  • Collect information and document bugs for product issues that are impacting customers
  • Take ownership from Change Requests to implementation of new features in the existing modules of the platform
  • Meet or exceed the expectations of our customers on response quality, timeliness of responses and overall customer experience
  • Provide feedback internally so that common or emerging issues can be addressed before they become serious or widespread
Your Profile:
  • Academic degree in Computer Science or proof of equivalent working experience (several years in IT)
  • Knowledge of Java, a Java IDE and how to handle the debugger as well as SQL and RDBMS (Oracle DB, MS SQL, and/or PostgreSQL)
  • Knowledge of Linux and Shell scripting
  • Familiar with our technology stack (Java / Spring / Hibernate / REST services / JavaScript / HTML 5 / CSS3 / React)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and knowing how to figure out stuff
  • You have the ability to communicate with clients in a professional way, with a customer first mindset
  • Ability to take initiative and get things done
  • Experience in troubleshooting applications and scripts by accessing and analyzing logs
  • Good understanding of IT-Security and relevant related skills (e.g. PKI, Certificates, Ciphers, Keystores, OWASP)
Very welcome optional skills:
  • Understanding of/experience in the financial sector
  • Work experience with our tooling pipeline (GIT, gradle, JUnit / Selenium / Jenkins, Sonar, JIRA etc.)
  • Experience in a wide range of tools and technologies used by our customers like Reverse / SOCKs Proxies, HTTP(s)
  • Tools like bash, grep, ssh, openSSL, vi, tail, sed and tcpdump ring a bell!
  • A clear understanding of basic network concepts/services
Languages

  • French or German (considered a very welcome plus)
